I'm 51 years old and in the best shape of my life thanks to BOWFLEX Home Gym Fitness & Nutrition Program.
I started this website in response inquiries and emails from people asking HOW to regain control of their own fitness in order to improve the quality of their health and life.
There is SO much information - or perhaps mis-information - that most people just don't know where or how to start a total wellness program. That is where I can help.....because there IS no secret to getting in shape.
It IS hard work.
It requires discipline - regarding your workout routine AND following proper nutrition guidelines
You cannot get in shape with some magic pill or just doing what you have always done.

My strength training approach focuses on resistance training - using either BOWFLEX Home Gym Systems or Resistance Bands / Ball. The benefit of resistance training is less stress & strain on your ligaments and tendons.
