Option #2: CUSTOMIZED BOWFLEX WORKOUTS:
1-on-1 or DVD Training for those who already own a BOWFLEX home gym but never really learned just ALL the various exercises and techniques to get their own BOWFLEX Body. This service is also by appoitment either in my studio on you machine, $45 / hr, and includes fitness profile (with BMI / % Bodyfat), Nutrition Plan, and Customized Workouts on the BOWFLEX with either DVD or Pics for quick update.
Option #3: RESISTANCE BAND / BALL WORKOUT & TRAINING:
This service is for people who do not want to purchase a BOWFLEX or those who travel so much it just would not
be a practical investment. For you I reccomend the Resistance Bands and Ball workouts. This program is especially beneficial for those of you who are traveling business professionals and need to find a way to incorporate fitness into a very busy lifestyle. Special emphasis on travel tips and NUTRITION while on-the-road.
Option #4: FITNESS ROOM SET-Up:
Custom fitness room set-up for either corporate / business / personal.
Take advantage of my pricing incentives with BOWFLEX and get a custom work-out room set-up for you and your employee's. Advantages: insurance premium reductions, improved health for workers, less claims and absenteeism, less exposure to harmful contagions (i.e. MRYSA )
For private individual's - Obesity is clkassified as an illness. If your doctor is advising YOU to lose weight for health reasons - it may be tax write-off. Your investment in your health can also be a deduction on your taxes!

Nutrition Counseling : Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.
